If your delivery address is a remote part of the UK, e.g Highlands & Islands, please add an additional working day to both the standard and guaranteed service.

We regret that orders may not be cancelled once an order has been placed.

During the warmer months, we take further steps to ensure your chocolates arrive in reasonable condition. However, chocolate orders are generally shipped during periods of high ambient temperature on the understanding that it is at the purchasers own risk. Taste Buds Chocolate can not accept responsibility for spoilage etc due to high temperatures.

It's important to store chocolate in a cool, dry environment between 12-18 celcius and out of direct sunlight. In general we do not recommend storing chocolates in a refrigerator as this may damage the chocolate but if you have to always wrap the chocolate in plastic and seal carefully before refrigerating. Allow the chocolate to return to room temperature before unwrapping and eating. Keep chocolates away from strong smelling odours
